Refund policy
Returns and refunds are on a scenario specific basis. I am not subjected to giving a refund. Refunds can only be processed if I approve of them and you return the item to me safely.

Shipping a return is at the buyer's expense. Buyer must provide a tracking number, and buying insurance is greatly recommended if the item is valued at over $100. I am not responsible for lost returns.
In the scenario that an item you purchased becomes damaged in the daily use of it, please reach out and I will see how I can help. HOWEVER, FOR NATIVE-MADE JEWELRY: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POTENTIAL DAMAGES THAT COULD OCCUR (breaking, losing stones, etc.), AS I WAS NOT THE ONE TO MAKE THE JEWELRY. ONCE I SHIP THE PIECE, IT IS NO LONGER MY RESPONSIBILITY. REPLACING THE ITEM OR FIXING ANY DAMAGES THAT COULD OCCUR TO THE PIECE IS AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE.
