Shipping policy

I will do my best to get orders out as soon as I can, but I occasionally have to deal with bead shortages from my supplier. My order turnaround is posted at the top of my website. Please know that this is subject to change during the busy holiday season.

Once your order is shipped, Ranchin' Roots Boutique is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. However, I do purchase insurance on most items of value (cost is imbedded in the shipping price). If your package seems to be lost or delayed, please wait 20 days after the item has shipped before messaging me, and I will see if filing an insurance claim is appropriate. If your package says it has been delivered and you do not see your package, please reach out to your neighbors and local post office before contacting me, as there is not much I can do in that scenario.
